- 01 Day Solo runners have no layover option. All runners must move through the checkpoint cutoff time prior to it expiring to be allowed to continue. Thie 01 Day Solo race no longer has a layover option at Lovicks or Kings Hut if you miss cut off times.
- 02 Day Solo and 02 Day Teams have a mandatory layover at Lovicks Hut. There is no layover option for 02 Day Solo runners at Kings Hut on Day 02.
